Welcome to Leipzig Pianos!

Klaus Kreutzer and his team at Leipzig Piano provide expert consultation to piano lovers in Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt. The brilliant success of the company is rooted in the excellent quality of both the services provided and the instruments on display, especially those of the Bechstein brands.

Piano Leipzig lives up to the motto: “Passing on our passion for the piano”. This is evident when you hear Klaus Kreutzer and his team presenting the many advantages of the precious German and European pianos on display in the showroom, in particular the excellent C. Bechstein, Bechstein and W.Hoffmann instruments.

Piano-maker Klaus Kreutzer is backed by more than twenty-five years of experience, to the benefit of his customers. The highly qualified specialists and master piano-makers on this team guarantee that all instruments are optimized prior delivery so that they can please generations of piano players. This commitment makes Leipzig Pianos an extraordinary dealer in musical instruments.

Leipzig Pianos has one of the most beautiful showrooms in the former East Germany. More than twenty grands and forty uprights are on display on premises that cover as much as six hundred square meters. Located in the Industry Palace, a building erected in the early 20th century near both the railway station and the city center, Leipzig Pianos’ showroom is enchanting with its imposing columns, good natural lighting and excellent acoustics. This synthesis of stupendous architecture with pianos that stand out for their superior craftsmanship and musical quality is unique in Leipzig and the surrounding region.

Founded in 2012, Leipzig Pianos is famous not only as an exquisite store, but also for the concerts held there, featuring international and regional pianists as well as pupils of the city’s conservatories and music teachers. In 2016, Leipzig Pianos organized some thirty concerts, reviving the tradition of the music salons that flourished in the city in the early 20th century — and typically included a Bechstein piano. Another way in which the company remains true to its motto, “Passing on our passion for the piano”.
