The C. Bechstein Piano Series in London has successfully entered the second round. This time the internationally renowned pianist Boris Giltburg was a guest at St John's Smith Square. He inspired with a pure Beethoven program that included the piano sonatas Op. 26, op. 57, op. 109 and Op. 111.
The audience in the British capital can still look forward to two further dates of the C. Bechstein Piano Series: On March 16, Luca Okros will perform works by Beethoven, Brahms and Schumann. On April 15, Federico Colli will hear sonatas by Scarlatti, Haydn and Beethoven.
