The festival in La Roque d'Anthéron is one of the most renowned piano festivals in the world, and every year during he summer months, famous concert pianists travel to the small town near Aix-en-Provence. One of the reasons the festival stands out are its beautiful concert locations - the concerts take place in castle gardens and historic monasteries.
Our concert technicians, in cooperation with French concert service company Pianomobil, have travelled to La Roque for several years now. They service our instruments on site and assist pianists before and during their concerts. In 2019, two of our concert grands D 282 and two B 212 grands took part in the festival.
We're proud that, amongst others, pianists such as Benjamin Grosvenor, Vittorio Forte, Matan Porat and Abdel Rahman El Bacha played our instruments during the festival - and we're looking forward to the next festival season in 2020. Fotos: Christophe Grémoit, Renaud Alouche
