Mitra Kotte

"C. Bechstein pianos have not only given me the opportunity to realize my previous ideas of sound, but also inspired me to new interpretations with countless nuances in my playing.

Mitra Kotte, born in Vienna, is a prizewinner of multiple international competitions and has received many awards for her interpretation of works of the Viennese Classical Style. With many years of concert experience as a soloist and chamber musician in the most renowned concert halls, Mitra Kotte is a regular guest at the Vienna Konzerthaus, the Vienna Musikverein, and the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF). She has also performed in numerous festivals including the International Brucknerfest Linz, the Ljubljana Festival, the Carinthian Summer Music Festival, the Septembre Musical Montreux-Vevey, the Oberösterreichische Stiftskonzerte, and in concert halls such as the Tonhalle Zürich and the Dublin National Concert Hall.

She holds degrees in Piano Performance and Chamber Music from the internationally renowned University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna and has also studied at the Korea National University of Arts in Seoul.
