During her time at Trinity Laban, she was awarded the prestigious Silver Medal representing the Keyboard Department. She went on to complete a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Film Scoring at Berklee College of Music, where she further developed her musical voice and interest in combining classical and contemporary styles.
Daniella is also a laureate of several international competitions. Alongside her competition successes, Daniella has performed as both a soloist and a chamber musician at many notable venues in the UK and abroad. These include Wigmore Hall, Tate Modern, Old Royal Naval College Chapel, Cutty Sark Studio Theatre, and Charlton House, among others. She regularly collaborates with pianist Leonardo Timpano as part of the Asteri Piano Duo, giving recitals internationally.
Beyond performance, Daniella is passionate about teaching and enjoys working with students of different levels and backgrounds, encouraging them to develop both technical skill and musical sensitivity. She is also active as a composer, writing original music for film, television, dance, and live performance. Her recent commissioned works include a contemporary piece for cello, voice, and electronics that premiered in Cyprus in 2024. Daniella remains committed to sharing her love of music through performance, teaching, and collaboration. She looks forward to continuing to connect with audiences and colleagues, always aiming to bring honesty, expression, and creativity to her work.
