Please note that your dealer must send the warranty card to C. Bechstein Berlin in order to confirm your ownership and validate your warranty. The five-year warranty protects you against the unlikely effects of any problems that may result from defective materials or improper workmanship. The warranty does not cover routine maintenance, however. Please refer to the warranty booklet for more details.
