New Concept for Upright and Grand Modells Concert 8 | B-212 Concert 8 C. Bechstein Concert 8 upright piano modell is a completely new engineering, retaining the valuable attributes of the current concert series of concert grands. The sound body system and the cast iron plate are completely new designed. The new pin block material of solid cross glued maple layers is the same as the one used in concert grand series. The keyboard and touch assembly has even greater precision due to longer keys and optimal levers, in both keyboard and action. C. Bechstein B 212 The C. Bechstein grand piano modell B 212 is outfitted with all the current properties of the concert grand piano models C 234 and D 280. Maybe the most important fact is that the sound board is installed on the sound body after the laquered cabinet is glued on with all respective parts. The resilence of the sound body ist heightened and unrestricted allowing for great development and subtlety of tone.
